At Mike Jansen Custom Decks, Inc., we understand that every deck is as unique as its owner. That’s why we offer personalized designs and detailed bids for each customer. We prefer not to quote prices by the square foot in our formal estimates, as this does not accurately reflect the tailoring and detail that goes into each project. The cost of materials, particularly composite and PVC decking, can vary significantly—from $40 to $170 per 20-foot board. This range is due to differences in brand quality, board type, and market fluctuations.
Stairs often represent the most substantial portion of a deck’s cost due to the precision and care needed in their construction. We take pride in crafting stairs that are not only safe and durable but also beautifully integrated into the overall design of your deck.
